Overview

NPS Sales Price Inventory Value allows you to create and post retail calculations for legal entities primarily engaged in retail. When items are transferred from the wholesale to the retail warehouse, Business Central will automatically generate and post the retail calculation.

Price Management​

Retail prices are defined in sales price lists where you can:

  • Set up prices for retail items
  • Make adjustments when prices change
  • Maintain price history through versioned price lists
  • Keep overview of previous prices

Recommendation: Create a new price list for every retail price change to maintain a complete history of changes and ensure proper tracking of previous prices.
